Concept / Financial Analysis / Enforcement

As the first in Poland, he introduced the international hotel chain to the condo hotel market (Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje and Golden Tulip Gdansk). He successfully coordinated and supervised hotel openings both from the operational and investor side. The facilities managed by Rafal have repeatedly won awards, including: “Oscar” in the construction industry – Construction of the Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gdansk, awarded, among others by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development; Investment of the Hotel Market Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gdansk as well as Best Holiday Hotel 2012 for Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje. As the General Director of Condohotels Ostroda he was responsible for all operational activities as well as the project of pre-opening and opening of new hotels (including Willa Port Resort). Working for Louvre Hotels in Poland, he participated in the opening of a complex of three hotels in Warsaw (Golden Tulip- ex Kyriad Prestige, Campanile and Premiere Classe). Then, as director, he managed operationally the first chain hotel in Warsaw, winning the award for the Best Hotel in 2008.
As CEO at hotelAG, he is responsible for comprehensive supervision over all hotel projects carried out by the group as well as setting strategies and plans for further development.
Responsible for the operational part of the hotels. During his professional career he went through most of the hotel operating positions. At Louvre Hotels Group, he gained professional experience working in the reception and catering departments, and then as the Assistant to the Director supervised the work of the entire hotel complex. At Condohotels Ostroda, being the Hotel and SPA Manager, he was responsible, among others, for preparing income and cost budgets, P&L analysis, recruitment and training of new employees as well as direct supervision over them. As the Director of Hotel Operations, he successfully launched two franchise hotels – Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence and Golden Tulip Gdansk Residence, dealing with, among others, cooperation with the general contractor, selection of equipment and contracting of subcontractors. During the operation of the hotels, he was responsible for operational management of the facilities run, employee recruitment, reporting and analysis of P&L results.
At hotelAG, he coordinated the opening of the group’s first hotel project, the Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotow, which received its first guests in April 2019. He was also responsible for coordinating the work related to the opening of the Seaside Park hotel in Kolobrzeg, which took place in August 2019. He supervises all operational processes of managed hotels.

Responsible for the operational part of the hotels. During his professional career he went through most of the hotel operating positions. At Louvre Hotels Group, he gained professional experience working in the reception and catering departments, and then as the Assistant to the Director supervised the work of the entire hotel complex. Izabela Sakowska

Responsible for sales and marketing part of hotels. She gained professional experience in the conference and banquet department of the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel & Towers, and then in the sales department of Starwood Hotels (Sheraton Warsaw and Westin Warsaw). As a Key Account Manager for Poland, she worked with the largest contractors of Accor Poland chain, where she cooperated with over 60 key network clients. As the Sales and Marketing Director, she was responsible for opening and launching two franchise hotels of the Golden Tulip network in the scope of preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy as well as promotion and advertising. During the operation of the Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence and Golden Tulip Gdansk Residence hotels, she was responsible for the preparation and implementation of revenue budgets and sales and marketing plans, as well as price management.
At hotelAG, she is responsible for implementing the strategy and sales and marketing policy of the hotels being opened. Coordinates all the group’s promotional and advertising activities.

Responsible for managing the financial side of hotel projects, preparing reports, analysis and financial models as well as ongoing cooperation with entities involved in financing individual projects.
He gained professional experience, among others, as a consultant in the financial consulting department of Deloitte and later as a manager in the M&A PwC Polska team, where he accumulated extensive knowledge in the field of conducting mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and obtaining financing for investment projects. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a holder of a securities broker license.
At hotelAG, he manages processes related to the financing of hotel projects, as well as budget planning, reporting and analysis.

Grzegorz Zientalski

Execution / Supervision / Coordination

Responsible for preparing and supervising the implementation of hotel investments as well as preparing analysis of financing costs and budgets of planned projects. As a construction engineer with many years of experience in managerial positions in large companies from the development industry and general contracting, he has extensive knowledge in managing complex and dispersed teams of employees. He gained professional experience, among others, at Bilfinger + Berger as Contract Director in Poland, Germany and Great Britain and in Qualia Development, where as Director of the Investment Implementation Division he was responsible, among others, for the construction of two Golden Tulip hotel facilities in Miedzyzdroje and Gdansk. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Lodz University of Technology.
At hotelAG, he supervised the construction of the first Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Poland in Warsaw and the Seaside Park hotel in Kolobrzeg, which opened in August 2019.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Silesian University of Technology. He carried out construction investments in development companies and acted as a designer in construction and architectural design studios. At hotelAG, he coordinated construction works at the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotow hotel and the Seaside Park Hotel in Kolobrzeg.

Malgorzata Pasik

Administration / Finance / Office purchases

Responsible for running the office, flow of financial and accounting documents and contacts with offices. She gained professional experience related to office purchases, coordination and settlement of business trips, invoice control, creating reports, offers and presentations, among others, at PwC, where she worked initially in the document editing department and then at the secretariat of the Advisory Department. A graduate of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Business.
