He successfully coordinated and supervised the opening of hotels both from the operational and investor side. The facilities managed by Rafa\u0142 have repeatedly won awards, including: “Oscar” in the construction industry – Construction of the Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gda\u0144sk, awarded, among others, by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development; Investment of the Hotel Market of the Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gda\u0144sk and the Best Holiday Hotel 2012 for Golden Tulip Mi\u0119dzyzdroje. As the General Director of Condohotels Ostr\u00f3da, he was responsible for all operational activities as well as the project of pre-opening and opening of new hotels (including Willa Port Resort). While working for Louvre Hotels in Poland, he participated in the opening of a complex of three hotels in Warsaw (Golden Tulip- ex Kyriad Prestige, Campanile and Premiere Classe). Then, as a director, he managed the operation of the first chain economy hotel in Warsaw, winning the award for the Best Economy Hotel of 2008.
