Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotów is the first hotel of this brand in Poland. The investment is located in the heart of the office part of Warsaw, at ul. Suwak 7b in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Hotel Natura Mazur Resort & Conference

Opened in 2015, the 4-star hotel is located in Warchały, by the Świętajno Lake. It offers 93 comfortable rooms and apartments, a restaurant, a conference room and a Wellness & Spa zone. Guests have access to a private beach.
Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence

The second, after Międzyzdroje, condo hotel opened under a franchise agreement with a global hotel chain, in 2013, right next to the beach in Gdańsk Jelitkowo. It has 195 spacious rooms and apartments, a restaurant, a conference room and a Wellness & Spa zone. hotelAG was responsible for the comprehensive preparation and marketing of the facility as well as its subsequent management.
Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence

The first condohotel in Poland, opened in cooperation with an international hotel chain, started its operations in 2012. The 4-star facility, located in Międzyzdroje by the sea, has 110 apartments with an area of 42 to 82 sq m, a restaurant, a conference room and a Wellness & Spa zone.
Willa Port Ostróda
COMPLETED

4-star hotel, opened in 2011, located in Ostróda, by the Drwęckie Lake. It has 83 rooms, two restaurants, 288 sq m conference facilities and a Wellness & Spa zone.
