The second, after Międzyzdroje, condo hotel opened under a franchise agreement with a global hotel chain, in 2013, right next to the beach in Gdańsk Jelitkowo. It has 195 spacious rooms and apartments, a restaurant, a conference room and a Wellness & Spa zone. hotelAG was responsible for the comprehensive preparation and marketing of the facility as well as its subsequent management.
