Rafał Abramczyk

Concept, Analysis, Finance, Realization

He was the first in Poland to introduce an international hotel chain to the condo hotel market (Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje and Golden Tulip Gdańsk). He successfully coordinated and supervised the opening of hotels both from the operational and investor side. The facilities managed by Rafał have repeatedly won awards, including: “Oscar” in the construction industry – Construction of the Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gdańsk, awarded, among others, by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development; Investment of the Hotel Market of the Year 2013 for Golden Tulip Gdańsk and the Best Holiday Hotel 2012 for Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje. As the General Director of Condohotels Ostróda, he was responsible for all operational activities as well as the project of pre-opening and opening of new hotels (including Willa Port Resort). While working for Louvre Hotels in Poland, he participated in the opening of a complex of three hotels in Warsaw (Golden Tulip- ex Kyriad Prestige, Campanile and Premiere Classe). Then, as a director, he managed the operation of the first chain economy hotel in Warsaw, winning the award for the Best Economy Hotel of 2008. As the CEO of hotelAG, he is responsible for comprehensive supervision of all hotel projects carried out by the group and for setting out strategies and plans for further development.

Sylwester Nabiałczyk

Hotel Operations, Facilities, Management

Responsible for the operational operation of hotels. He has worked in most hotel operating positions during his professional career. At Louvre Hotels Group, he gained professional experience working in the reception and catering departments, and then as the Assistant Director he supervised the work of the entire hotel complex. In Condohotels Ostróda, as a Hotel and SPA Manager, he was responsible, among others, for the preparation of income and cost budgets, P&L analysis, recruitment and training of new employees and direct supervision over them. As the Director of Hotel Operations, he successfully launched two franchise hotels – Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence and Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence, dealing with, among others, cooperation with the general contractor, selection of equipment and contracting subcontractors. During the operation of the hotels, he was responsible for the operational management of the facilities, recruitment of employees, reporting and analysis of P&L results. At hotelAG, he oversaw the opening of the group’s first hotel project, the Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotów hotel, which received its first guests in April 2019. He was also responsible for coordinating the works related to the opening of the Seaside Park hotel in Kołobrzeg, which took place in August 2019. He supervises all operational processes of managed hotels.

Izabela Sakowska

Sales, Marketing / PR

Responsible for the sales and marketing part of hotels. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywała w dziale konferencji i bankietów Sheraton Warsaw Hotel & Towers, a następnie w dziale sprzedaży warszawskiego kompleksu hotelowego Starwood Hotels (Sheraton Warsaw oraz Westin Warsaw). As the Key Account Manager for Poland, she dealt with the largest contractors of the Accor Poland network, where she cooperated with over 60 key customers of the network. As the Director of Hotel Operations, Sales and Marketing, she was responsible for opening and launching 2 franchise hotels of the Golden Tulip chain in terms of preparation and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy as well as promotion and advertising. During the operation of the Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence and Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence hotels, she was responsible for the preparation and implementation of revenue budgets and sales and marketing plans, as well as price management. At hotelAG, she is responsible for the implementation of the strategy and sales and marketing policy of the opened hotels. Coordinates all promotional and advertising activities of the group.

Łukasz Waszek

Finance, Analyzes, Control

Responsible for managing the financial side of ongoing hotel projects, preparing reports, analyzes and financial models, and for ongoing cooperation with entities involved in financing individual projects. He gained professional experience, among others as a consultant in the financial advisory department of Deloitte and later as a manager in the M&A PwC Polska team, where he gained extensive knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions, financial analyzes and obtaining financing for investment projects. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a holder of a securities broker license. At hotelAG, he manages processes related to the financing of ongoing hotel projects, as well as budget planning, reporting and analyzes.

Grzegorz Zientalski

Implementation, Supervision, Coordination

Responsible for the preparation and supervision of the implementation of hotel investments and the development of financing cost analyzes and budgets for planned projects. As a construction engineer with many years of experience in managerial positions in large companies in the development industry and general contracting, he has extensive knowledge in managing complex and dispersed teams of employees. He gained professional experience, among others, in Bilfinger + Berger as the Contract Director in Poland, Germany and Great Britain and in Qualia Development, where as the Director of the He was responsible, inter alia, for the construction of two Golden Tulip hotel facilities in Międzyzdroje and in Gdańsk. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Lodz University of Technology. At hotelAG, he supervised the construction of Poland’s first Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Warsaw and the Seaside Park hotel in Kołobrzeg, which opened in August 2019.

Piotr Kołek

Preparation and coordination of investments

Project manager responsible for the coordination of construction and design works of ongoing investments. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Silesian University of Technology. He carried out construction investments in development companies and acted as a designer in construction and architectural design studios. At hotelAG, he coordinated construction works on the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotów hotel and the Seaside Park Hotel in Kołobrzeg.

Małgorzata Pasik

Administration, Finance, Office purchases

Responsible for running the office, flow of financial and accounting documents and contacts with offices. She gained professional experience related to office purchases, coordination and settlement of business trips, invoice control, preparation of reports, offers and presentations, among others, at PwC, where she worked initially in the document editing department and then in the secretariat of the Advisory Department. A graduate of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw Business School.
