Quite a lot of new projects have been announced since the beginning of the pandemic, i.e. from the first quarter of 2020. The vast majority of them are or will be implemented in the condo system (and all variants of this system). There are several reasons: practically zero interest rates in 2021, an oversupply of cash on the market, inflation – investors wanted to invest (protect) their capital and set off to buy real estate. Effect: even a boom on the condo market.
